How do I cancel my membership?+
Memberships cannot be cancelled for a refund after 10 days from purchase. You can, however, stop your membership from renewing at any time from your account page: Manage Membership → Turn off auto-renew. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
When does the brief come out?+
The brief is published weekly on Mondays to help you start your week off on the right foot. If it's not landing, check your spam folder and whitelist newsroom@valorandventures.media.
Do you offer corporate or team memberships?+
Yes — five or more seats. Email support@valorandventures.media for pricing.
How do I update my billing information?+
Account → Billing → Edit. Updates take effect immediately.
Where do I report a correction?+
Email corrections@valorandventures.media. We publish corrections inside 24 hours.
What is your refund policy?+
Books, coaching programs, advertisements, and similar products are non-refundable because they are intellectual property. That said, we always aim to please — if something isn't right, email support@valorandventures.media and we'll do our best to make it right.
Can I download past magazine issues?+
When our digital magazine launches, members will be able to download past issues as PDFs.
Can I rewatch past podcast episodes?+
Yes — once podcasts launch, members will be able to stream and rewatch past shows on demand.
Can I download TV episodes?+
Our TV channel, when launched, will air 24/7 on a rotating schedule, so episodes generally won't be available for download.
