Refund Policy
We stand behind our mission to serve the military community. All digital content, coaching programs, and advertising products are intellectual property and non-refundable. Physical goods may be returned when unworn and undamaged.
Memberships
Memberships cannot be cancelled for a refund after 10 days. You may stop auto-renewal at any time from your account page — access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Intellectual Property — Non-Refundable
All books, coaching programs, advertisements, and digital content are non-refundable because they are intellectual property. We always aim to please — if something isn't right, reach out to support@valorandventures.media and we'll do our best to make it right.
Store — Physical Goods
Unworn, undamaged merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Digital Magazines, Podcasts & TV
When launched, digital magazines and past podcast episodes will be available on demand. Our TV channel will air 24/7 on a rotating schedule — content will likely not be downloadable.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@valorandventures.media with your order number. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
