Testimonial & Release Policy

Testimonials on VVM are real, attributed, and used with permission.
Verification
Every published testimonial is collected directly from the named source, with documented consent, and verified by an editor before publication.
Attribution
We use full names, titles, and organizations where consented. Pseudonymous or anonymous testimonials are not published.
Image Releases
Photographs of identifiable individuals are published with a signed image release on file, covering use across all VVM channels.
Withdrawal
Subjects may request removal of their testimonial or likeness at any time. We remove within five business days of confirmed request.
Editing
Testimonials may be edited for length and clarity. We never change meaning. Any substantive edit is reviewed with the source before publishing.
